We’ll ship everything you need directly to your door at least 3 days before your wedding day. This includes all the gear in your chosen package: camcorders, mics, charging cables—plus a simple setup and tips guide to help your guests get the best shots. The equipment is fully charged, prepped, and ready to use right out of the box. We’ll confirm the delivery date with you ahead of time to make sure it arrives with plenty of time to spare before the big day.

This is where the magic happens. You hand out the gear to your designated friends or family (we’ll give you tips on choosing your “guest videographers”), and they film throughout the day—candid moments, speeches, dances, all of it. Our gear is easy to use and designed to capture natural, personal footage without anyone feeling like there’s a film crew in their face. Guests can also scan the custom QR code to upload any extra footage they might have snapped throughout the day.

Once the wedding's over, just pack everything up using the pre-paid return label we include. We’ll even give you a checklist to make sure nothing gets missed. Pop it all back in the post within a few days—we’ll take care of the rest.

Once we receive your gear and footage, we carefully sort everything into neat, clearly named folders—making it easy for you to relive every part of your day. This organised folder structure is included as standard with every package.

If you've chosen one of our editing add-ons, this is where we get to work crafting your custom wedding film. Depending on what you’ve selected, you’ll receive a beautifully edited highlight reel, a longer feature cut, and even full-length versions of your speeches or ceremony. We’ll also recommend music to suit the mood—or use your own choices if you have any.

No matter which package you choose, you'll receive your footage in an easy-to-access digital folder, with everything clearly organised so you can browse, share, or edit it however you like.

If you added editing to your package, this is when we’ll send over your final wedding video(s)—from the highlight reel to full-length edits, depending on what you picked. Everything is delivered in both high-quality and mobile-friendly formats, so it’s easy to watch and share with friends and family.
