Not directly. We’re a DIY-focused service, meaning we empower you or your guests to do the filming with the gear we send you. We then edit the footage into a professional-quality wedding video.

We provide a simple filming guide that works with any smartphone as well as the camcorders that we offer, plus tips on getting great footage with zero experience. You can also contact us if you have any other questions or need further support.

A smartphone is all you need for the basic tier. Higher tiers include options like retro camcorders and lavalier microphones.

Yes! We’ll stitch it all together seamlessly, no matter the format.

This depends on the package you go for. If you’ve selected the Mobile Memories package we’ll provide a secure link to a cloud folder where you can upload everything. Easy and private. If you’ve chosen the Rented Retro Reels package, send us the gear back and we will handle the rest.

Once we receive your footage, our turnaround time is typically 3–4 weeks.

You’ll get downloadable files via a private link. If you want a keepsake USB, we can provide that too for an additional cost.

Yes! You can suggest tracks you love, or we’ll find royalty-free versions that capture the same vibe.

Absolutely. If you start with our basic package and decide you'd like to add retro camcorders or extra features, just get in touch.
